2019 PGI Convention
CELEBRATING THE PGI’S 50TH ANNIVERSARY IN GILLETTE, WYOMING
It’s been said the PGI convention is the most fun you can have with fireworks in a week - This year promises to be a week you won’t forget! There will be the usual full schedule of interesting and educational seminars, open class C and B shooting, manufacturing time, competition, collectables and more, plus special commemorative displays honoring the PGI’s 50 year history. We have press kits available for our friends in the media.
PGI 50th Anniversary Pins
In honor of the PGI’s turning 50, the PGI Board has approved a special 50th Anniversary commemorative pin, available only in registration at the Convention. This pin will be larger than any other pin you may have collected over past conventions. Only 500 are available at $20 each, which places you in the running for winning a Life-time membership in the PGI!

The Fine print and useful information:
Be sure that everyone in your party signs the waiver or you guessed it, you will have to stand in line. Children 6 years old and under at the time of convention are free. You must still add them to your convention registration form because they need to have a convention badge identifying them as a convention attendee.
Children, 6 and under, at the time of convention. are free. Youth registrants 7-20 years old, who live at the same address, must be listed on the form as a “youth” along with their age at the time of the convention. They will receive a youth badge. If your child will be 21 years old at the time of convention, they must register as an adult. Older children, 18+, should provide ID when picking up their badge.
Members paying by Credit or Debit Card may mail or e-mail their forms.
Please note that checks are not accepted at Convention. The check deadline, received in the office of the Membership Services Manager, is July 11, 2019. Your canceled/cleared check and/or credit card charge will serve as your notification that you are registered.
Convention office hours in Gillette will be as follows:
Saturday 8/10: 8am – 6pm
Sunday 8/11: 8:30am – 6pm
Monday 8/12: 8:30am – 5pm
Tuesday 8/13: 8:30am – 5pm
Wednesday 8/14: 8:30am – 5pm
Thursday 8/15: 12pm – 8pm
Friday 8/16: 12pm – 2pm
Note that the Membership Services Manger office will close on Friday, August 1 at 5pm CST, in preparation for travel to the convention. Any items submitted after that date may not be processed. So please, plan ahead.

Medical Carts
Medical Carts will be handled the same way as they were in 2018. Medical Cart forms can be downloaded and returned. Forms need to be completed and turned into Rick LePage, the Fire and Med Chief for approval.
Copyright Notice
Use of the 50th Anniversary logo/image or its derivatives is not authorized for firecracker packs/labels, regardless of package size. The 50th Anniversary logo/image is authorized for all other applications but must be approved by the PGI Board, as is required with the Green Man logo. Send your request indicating what and how you intend to use either logo to VPPubs@pgi.org. In all cases, design permitting, the trademark symbol © PGI should appear adjacent to the logo image.
