2013 Convention - Camping
Cooper's Lake Campground
Want to book a site, need info about your reservation or want to
be on the wait list at Cooper's Lake for the 2013 Convention?
You'll need to visit PGI Camping on the Cooper's Lake website to make, manage or
review your reservation. If you don't have an account it'll only
take a few minutes to register. This is the only way to make your
camping reservation for the 2013 Convention. If you have specific
camping questions, please contact Cooper's Lake.
Wondering what your site looks like? Cooper's Lake has a Campground Map with pictures. Just find your site on the
map, click it and you can view a photo of your campsite.
You can also add or remove yourself from the wait list. Added
to the wait list in La Porte? No worries, you've already been
added! Keep in mind that only primitive sites are available. If
you want electric or a hook up, you must be on the wait list.
Some primitive sites can hold RVs.
Cooper's
Lake doesn't charge a site fee, they charge per
person per week. Weekly rates are $70 per adult and $21 per child
(under 18). If you require electric or sewer there is a
non-refundable deposit per site ($42 for sewer, $49 for
electric). That covers all the "utilities" that will be used on
the site for the week.
If you have a site at Cooper's Lake reserved, but have not paid
for please contact Ashley ASAP to arrange payment. You will find
her contact information below.
The Butler County CVB is in the process of arranging more sites
with electricity, so if you are on the wait list hold tight! If
you would like to be on the waitlist, contact Ashley.
If you are interested in primitive sites, there are several
left!

General Info
As always, in order to keep your camping reservation, you must
have paid your dues by May 1st and be registered and paid for
Convention by June 1st. Failure to pay by these dates will result
in a cancellation of your reservation.
Your reservation will be confirmed when paid for and then
approved when you dues and Convention fees are paid. Your card
will be charged at the time of payment. If you need to cancel,

Cancelation Policy
Electric and sewage is NON-REFUNDABLE.
To receive a full refund the request must be received by the
registration office prior to June 1, 2013. If received after June
1st and prior to July 1st a partial refund will be issued (A
$10.00 handling fee will be deducted from the refund). After July
1st there will be no refunds.
Reservations that were paid by check or money order will be
refunded by check and mailed to the person who made the
reservation. Reservations paid with PayPal will be refunded
through PayPal.
Prior to 60 days from the date of purchase: If the payment was
funded by a bank account, eCheck or Instant Transfer then the
refund will be credited to the recipient's PayPal balance.
If the payment was sent using a credit card then refunds are
credited to the same credit card account. NOTE: Due to credit
card policy, refunds to credit cards can appear up to 30 days
after the refund was completed.
After 60 days from the date of purchase or if the credit card
has expired: the refund will be by check and mailed to the person
who made the reservation.
RV Rentals
If you havn't paid your $500 deposit for your RV rental, please
contact Ashley. The balance ($1000) is due two-weeks prior to
convention. The Butler County CVB will be contacting you next
summer to let you know what unit they can match you with, keep in
mind that while they cannot guarantee a specific unit, they will
do their best to match you to a compatible unit.
If you wish to cancel, you may do so up to 90 days before the
event without penalty if you rented from Clem's Trailer Sales and
up to 30 days before the event if you rented from Hufnagel
Majors. If you are unsure which company you rented from, please
contact Ashley. The slots for RV rentals were filled on a first
come-first served basis starting with Hufnagel-Majors and moving
on to Clem's inventory. Once your RV checks out okay your
security deposits will be refunded. (This process may take up to
three weeks after Convention.)
