PGI Member Application and Renewal Form in PDF format

PGI Member Application and Renewal Form in text format

Any person of good repute who subscribes to the objectives and purposes of the guild is welcomed to join the PGI. Memberships extend from January 1st through December 31st. Two levels of membership are available:

1. Full membership (corporate membership) includes voting privileges and eligibility to serve as an officer, as set forth in the by-laws. First year membership is $50.00 and costs $30.00 annually thereafter. Late renewals (after June 1) will be $50.00. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Within this level there is an additional option open to members of a household where the PGI Bulletin is already sent. A member would thus receive no PGI Bulletin but would still have all the other privileges of full membership. The cost of this option is $15.00 per year.

2.   Junior membership does not include voting privileges or officer eligibility and applicants must be under the age of 18. First year membership is $50.00 and costs $30.00 annually thereafter. Late renewals (after June 1) will be $50.00. Within this level there is an additional option open to members of a household where the PGI Bulletin is already sent. A member would thus receive no PGI Bulletin, but would still have all the other privileges of Junior membership.
The cost of this option is $15.00 per year. You must also enclose written permission from your parent or legal guardian to join the Guild.

All members who have paid current dues receive a membership wallet card and a subscription to the PGI Bulletin containing Guild news, technical articles and advertising. New members may join the Guild at any time during the year.
They receive the current year's PGI Bulletins including back issues (if they are available), a membership certificate, wallet card and a PGI arm patch.
New members who join following the annual PGI Convention in August and before the beginning of the new year will have their dues paid through December 31st of the new year. Membership applications may be obtained from the Secretary-Treasurer or see below...

Life Membership in the PGI is an option - full membership with Bulletin is $750 and full membership without Bulletin is $375.

PGI Membership PRIOR to June 1 is required to attend the PGI Convention.  Convention registrations will not be accepted from anyone who was not a PGI member prior to June 1.
